Most key home sales indicators for the tri-county area of South Florida rose in July, a sign that the region is recovering faster than other parts of Florida and keeping pace with national growth.

Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties all posted year-over-year gains in pending and closed single-family home sales last month, according to Wednesday’s reports from Miami Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale and the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches.
