Twenty-four victims and survivors of a horrific 2010 plane crash in Venezuela are suing the national airline’s dead pilot and co-pilot for damages in Miami-Dade Circuit Court.
Pilot Ramiro Cadena Cardenas, co-pilot Luis Alberto Albarran and 15 others were killed in the Sept. 13, 2010, crash of Conviasa Flight 2350 near Puerto Ordaz in eastern Venezuela. The suits were filed last week by aviation attorney Steven Marks of Podhurst Orseck in Miami.
