A political action committee seeking to oust three elected officials in Palmetto Bay may set up a table and distribute fliers outside the village’s 10th anniversary celebration under a compromise reached after a lawsuit was filed.

Lawyers for the village and the Recall Palmetto Bay PAC reached the agreement at an emergency hearing Tuesday evening in response to a complaint filed by PAC attorney J.B. Harris of Coral Gables seeking an injunction.
