A challenge to the constitutionality of a law on tobacco appellate bonds was dismissed by the Florida Supreme Court a week before arguments were scheduled, but the smoker plaintiff is asking the court to reconsider.
“The Supreme Court, frankly, they got duped by the tobacco company,” plaintiffs attorney John S. Mills said Tuesday.
