The family of a woman who drowned in a bathtub at a residential treatment center was awarded $3 million.
Sharon Bronowicz, 59, had been suffering from suicidal tendencies and severe depression and been involuntarily committed under the Baker Act to New Horizons of the Treasure Coast Residential Treatment Center in Fort Pierce about two months before her death.
