Faced with the possibility of defying federal immigration law, the Florida Supreme Court appeared reluctant Tuesday to give a law license to an undocumented immigrant.
Jose Godinez-Samperio, 25, a Florida State University law graduate who was allowed to take The Florida Bar examination on a waiver, passed it July 2011 and is seeking admission to The Bar.
