A federal judge in New York has dismissed a proposed class action lawsuit against Dada Entertainment claiming the music subscription provider fraudulently charged for downloads.

Dada, a joint venture between Dada USA Inc. and Sony Music, was represented by Broad and Cassel Miami partners Rhett Traband and George Mahfood along with of counsel Ginger Barry Boyd of Destin.
