Donald Trump may have felt like a Greek shipping heir should be thrown out of the celebrity’s West Palm Beach golf club, but since Trump never had him expelled, the club gets to keep the disgruntled member’s deposit, the Fourth District Court of Appeal ruled Wednesday.
Trump International Golf Club LC appealed a trial court order that would have returned Harry Theodoracopulos’ $200,000 membership deposit.
