A state appeals court sided with Miami Heat star Chris Bosh today in a custody dispute with his 3-year-old daughter’s mother.
The Fifth District Court of Appeal ruled Orange Circuit Judge Robert M. Evans overstepped his authority by making rulings at a status hearing on issues that weren’t before him, including his order requiring the parents to dismiss custody actions in Maryland.
