Attorneys for two federal prosecutors at the center of 3½-year-old prosecutorial misconduct allegations say their clients have suffered long enough and urged a federal judge at a hearing Thursday to reject further review.

Senior U.S. District Judge Alan S. Gold in Miami previously ruled that Assistant U.S. Attorneys Sean Cronin and Andrea Hoffman committed misconduct during the pill mill prosecution of Miami Beach physician Ali Shaygan and sanctioned their office.
