A Miami-Dade County woman who was fired after crying three times at her factory job is eligible for unemployment compensation, an appellate panel ruled Wednesday in reversing a state decision.
A referee for the state’s Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission said Yanelly Morales was ineligible for benefits "after refusing the instructions of a supervisor and for having continual outbursts at the job site."
