A penitent teenager who spent five nights in jail after flipping a Miami-Dade circuit judge the bird went home to her family today.
"My behavior was very irrational, and I apologize not only to you and the court but to my family," a tearful Penelope Soto told Judge Jorge Rodriguez-Chomat, who initially sentenced her to 30 days behind bars for contempt.
