The Deal: Wise helped negotiate his company’s $7.2 million sale of 8.5 acres in Fort Lauderdale. The seller was BBX Capital Asset Management LLC, a subsidiary of publicly traded BBX Capital Corp., formerly BankAtlantic Bancorp. Cypress Creek Property Holdings LLC acquired the development site Dec. 18.
