The mother of a man who was set on fire on Christmas Day after his car ran out of gas will sue the station where he went for gas and was attacked by three men in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood.

The Haggard Law Firm, which in December won a $5.7 million verdict in the shooting death of a car wash attendant at a sister gas station, plans to announce today it is filing a civil complaint on behalf of Bridget Brackett, whose son, Darrell, died Friday.
