Crocker Partners LLC has added a pair of distressed office parks in Jacksonville and Orlando to its substantial portfolio.

The Boca Raton-based private equity firm on Thursday announced the acquisition of Orlando University Center and Freedom Commerce Center in Jacksonville for a combined $61.5 million. Crocker owned the parks before selling them in 2005 to another private equity firm.
