Multimillionaire Leroy Schecter promised he would pay his ex-wife’s legal fees for as long as it took for their divorce to become final.
That hasn’t happened yet, so he’ll have to keep on paying, the Third District Court of Appeal ruled Wednesday, pronouncing equitable access to counsel as being key in marital dissolutions.
