A negligence lawsuit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court may decide who has the nastier bite — a large tan boxer-like dog or the lawyer son of a lawyer.

Attorney Judith Rosenthal was taking her usual morning walk through her Pinecrest neighborhood in February 2012 when she saw a woman coming toward her with two big dogs "on leashes and chest harnesses, side by side," said the complaint filed by her son, Podhurst Orseck partner Stephen Rosenthal in Miami.
