Matthew Katz has been named managing member of the Fort Lauderdale office of Katz, Barron, Squitero, Faust, Friendberg, English & Allen.
Katz joined the firm in 2011 and focuses on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and renewable development and finance. He previously served as senior vice president and general counsel of United Lex Corp. and vice president and associate general counsel for Republic Services Inc.
