Chief Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Bertila Soto issued her first administrative orders this week, naming Judge Nushin Sayfie as administrative head of the criminal division and giving her two assistants.
Judges Thomas Rebull and Marisa Tinkler Mendez are new associate administrative judges in the division. Sayfie’s ascension from associate to administrative judge of the division was informally announced March 22 at Soto’s swearing-in ceremony.
