Lewis Tein partners Guy Lewis and Michael Tein must pay an additional $46,500 in sanctions but did not commit perjury or intentionally mislead Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Ronald Dresnick in a wrongful death case against two members of the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians, the judge decided Wednesday.

The ruling ended a three-day hearing to reconsider his original $3,500 penalty after Dresnick learned Lewis Tein billed their clients more than $2 million.
