For the second time in three months, Holland & Knight has successfully defended Pirelli Tire Co. at trial in a motorcycle accident.
A Fort Lauderdale federal jury took 1½ hours on April 10 to find in favor of Pirelli, rejecting arguments that a motorcycle accident on Sept. 16, 2010, on Florida’s Turnpike Extension was caused by a defect in the rear tire.
