A Miami-Dade circuit judge has leveled triple damages against a company that promised to market refurbished cell phones in Latin America but fell more than $20 million behind on its invoices.
Judge Spencer Eig dismissed claims against Cell Solutions International Inc. for open account, account stated, breach of contract, unjust enrichment and imposition of constructive trust.
