The families of four workers who died in the collapse of a garage being built on the Doral campus of Miami Dade College and five workers who were hurt have settled their wrongful death and injury lawsuits, their attorneys said today.
"The terms of these settlements are confidential by agreement between the parties. All parties look forward to better days. There will be no further comment," attorneys Ervin Gonzalez of Colson Hicks Eidson, Stuart Grossman of Grossman Roth and Alan Goldfarb of Alan Goldfarb P.A. said in a joint statement.
