The Florida Supreme Court revisited the state Senate’s 2012 redistricting plan Thursday to determine the limits of legal challenges.
In oral arguments, former Supreme Court Justice Raoul Cantero asked the court to prohibit Leon Circuit Judge Terry P. Lewis from proceeding with a challenge to a map approved during fast-track review by the Supreme Court last spring.
