The Securities and Exchange Commission has agreed to dismiss a complaint seeking to enforce subpoenas against a Boca Raton-based real estate company offering resort properties in the Dominican Republic and Belize.

U.S. District Judge William J. Zloch on May 1 approved a joint stipulation of dismissal filed by the SEC and Canyon Acquisitions LLC in Fort Lauderdale. The SEC pursued subpoenas in support of an investigation by the Ontario Securities Commission in Canada.
