The “King of All Media” appears to be expanding his empire to the town of Palm Beach.
An oceanfront compound has sold for $52 million, and multiple outlets are reporting shock jock Howard Stern is the buyer. Palm Beach County on Wednesday recorded the sale of the oceanfront property at 601 N. County Road to a revocable trust in the name of attorney Ronald S. Kochman, who declined comment Thursday.
