If restaurateur Juan Chipoco has his way, a stretch of Northeast Third Avenue in downtown Miami would be renamed for him.
After opening the wildly popular CVI.CHE 105 in 2008, doubling its size and expanding next door with the Peruvian chicken establishment Pollos y Jarras, Chipoco has his sights set on further expansion perhaps a steakhouse.
