The brother of a prominent Florida energy and shipping magnate who lost a $28.8 million judgment to a member of the Jordanian royal family has filed his own lawsuit alleging theft of his share in a company sale.

Daniel Sargeant, brother of Harry Sargeant III of Delray Beach, sued his brother, a Miami law firm and the asphalt company that was sold.
