A Palm Beach County doctor has sued McDermott Will & Emery and former partner Joshua Kaye, accusing them of legal malpractice, failing to disclose a conflict of interest and revealing confidential client information.

Radiologist Robert Burke and his companies, Advanced Imaging Associates and Midtown Imaging Associates, filed the 18-count lawsuit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court May 29.
