Four former executives of the health-maintenance group WellCare Health Plans Inc. were found guilty of fraud by a jury in Tampa.

Todd Farha, 45, the former chief executive officer, and Paul Behrens, 51, the former chief financial officer, were convicted of two counts of health-care fraud, the U.S. Justice Department said in a statement. Behrens was also found guilty of two counts of making false statements.
