Miami attorney Robert Zarco, his law firm, Don Shula’s wife and other Surf Club board members are no longer targets of a legal action calling them cheats.
Inactive club member Mary Jane Hunt reached a stipulated dismissal Tuesday with Zarco and the other third-party defendants on all claims, counterclaims and third-party claims. The dismissal was filed electronically after business hours.
