Hilda Guzman lost her job at Dollar Tree in 2009 shortly after her boss learned she was pregnant. She made the mistake of asking for a stool to sit on during her 10- to 12- hour shift as a cashier.
Her boss denied her request, saying, "You can't get special treatment since a man can't get pregnant."
