Hollywood attorney Kevin Gleason has been reprimanded by the Florida Supreme Court and must attend ethics school for making disrespectful remarks to a federal bankruptcy judge in court filings, then attempting to make amends by delivering a bottle of wine along with a personal note.

Palm Beach Circuit Judge Amy L. Smith rejected The Florida Bar’s recommendation that Gleason be suspended for 30 days, noting he already served a 60-day suspension imposed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
