Bank of America Corp. and Aurora Loan Services LLC have settled lawsuits filed against them by their fired Plantation foreclosure law firm over outstanding legal fees.
Miami attorney Jeffrey Tew, who represents onetime foreclosure titan David Stern, said Friday the lawsuits have been settled. He did not disclose the terms.
