A Sunny Isles Beach developer was slapped with a 25-count federal indictment in New Jersey for allegedly falsifying loan applications and fraud on several loans obtained to build affordable housing.
Robert Kahan, 67, overstated the value of his assets on bank loans, according to the charges filed Thursday by a federal grand jury in the District of New Jersey.
