A jury awarded $95,495 to a woman who claimed she injured her shoulder in a collision involving two sport utility vehicles.
Samantha Suchorab, then 22, was driving on Southern Boulevard near U.S. Highway 441 in Royal Palm Beach. She claimed as she was trying to make a left turn onto 441, Yvette Andrade cut in front of her, causing the left front of Suchorab’s SUV to hit the right rear of Andrade’s.
