The Fourth District Court of Appeal on Wednesday reinstated a whistle-blower case filed by a manager who was fired after reporting an insurance scam at a Palm Beach County Lincoln-Mercury dealership.
John Aery was a parts manager at Maroone Lincoln-Mercury of Lake Park when he complained in 2003 to the general manager that the body shop manager was ordering identical new and used parts for customers.
