Broward Circuit Judge Jeffrey Streitfeld rejected a request for sanctions against TD Bank for its role in moving billions of dollars for Scott Rothstein’s Ponzi scheme.

Streitfeld noted Friday that the only remaining issue following Bankruptcy Court approval of the liquidation plan for Rothstein’s defunct law firm was whether the Razorback Funding LLC investor group could proceed with discovery for sanctions.
