Akerman Senterfitt is relocating its West Palm Beach office to the tony Phillips Point office building, joining new neighbors Greenberg Traurig, Gunster and Squire Sanders.
Akerman will lease 40,000 square feet in its new building and move in Sept. 1, 2014. The law firm currently leases 40,000 square feet at the Esperante Building at 222 Lakeview Ave. in downtown West Palm Beach.
