A man who brought a gun into the Broward County Courthouse and forced a revision of security measures won a new trial Wednesday due to race-based juror discrimination.

The Fourth District Court of Appeal reversed the armed trespass conviction and sentence of Marin Stroia, a 62-year-old white man who was arrested Feb. 16, 2012, after entering a courthouse exit with a handgun.
