A federal magistrate has recommended the dismissal of a class action lawsuit filed by shareholders in former foreclosure attorney David Stern’s DJSP Enterprises Inc.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt in Fort Lauderdale filed his report and recommendation with U.S. District Judge William Zloch on Thursday. If approved by Zloch, it would be the second time the lawsuit brought by Philadelphia Financial Management LLC of San Francisco has been dismissed.
