Justin Bieber has agreed to sit for a deposition in January for a battery lawsuit filed by a photographer who claims the Canadian pop singer sicced his bodyguards on him.

Photographer Jeffrey Binion filed the lawsuit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court against Bieber alleging he ordered bodyguard Hugo Hesny and three others to forcibly remove the memory card from Binion’s camera, and Hesny pulled a gun on the photographer.
