For a second time, a Miami federal judge has dismissed a class action lawsuit filed by shareholders in DJSP Enterprises Inc., a back-office processing company launched by former Plantation foreclosure attorney David Stern.
U.S. District Judge William Zloch in Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday dismissed the lawsuit brought by Philadelphia Financial Management LLC of San Francisco. In his order, Zloch approved a report and recommendation by U.S. Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt.
