It was late into the evening at the 2013 Transnational Jurists Association dinner when Robert Maccivelli approached Louise Lovejoy and thanked her for her hard work as an arbitrator on a panel he named her to the prior year.
He said: “You were really incredible. You were outstanding and not just on that case but on the one we had the prior year for Amalgamated Enterprises. I want you to know I recommended you to my partner who needs to appoint an arbitrator on one of his cases so expect a call.”
