Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson will represent three Publix Super Markets Inc. managers after an appellate decision concluded its disqualification from an employee discrimination case was too drastic.

Two former bakery employees, Joyce Knight and Michelle Jones, sued the managers—Danielle Caruso, Rick Bernat and Catherine Del Re—for allegedly conspiring to have them fired and other causes of action not detailed in the opinion written by Fourth District Court of Appeal Judge Robert Gross.
