Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi asked the state Supreme Court today for an advisory opinion on the validity of a proposed medical marijuana constitutional amendment, challenging its wording as misleading.
State law requires amendments to be presented fairly and accurately. Bondi’s petition argues the proposal does not meet that legal standard.
