South Florida’s government agencies should emulate the I-595 upgrade and PortMiami tunnel.

When completed, these public-private partnerships, known as P3 projects, will benefit taxpayers and businesses, and encourage investment in our region. These collaborations between the public and private sectors most frequently yield greater efficiency, including faster delivery, higher quality project management and lower tax obligations.
