Three years and a day after being suspended by the Florida Supreme Court, former Coral Gables attorney Henry “Hank” Adorno asked the court to reinstate his law license.

Adorno, former managing partner of Adorno & Yoss, was suspended for three years starting Oct. 28, 2010, for mishandling a class action settlement with the city of Miami. A fire fee collected from Miami taxpayers was ruled unconstitutional, but the settlement returned money to only seven people while reserving a large award for legal fees. The deal was ejected after the details came out.
