Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice Ricky Polston will swear in the court’s new clerk, Tallahassee attorney John Tomasino, on Monday.

Tomasino, 45, will become the court’s 21st clerk of court after receiving the oath of office in the courtroom well. The ceremony is open to the public and will be webcast from the court’s Gavel to Gavel portal.
