Kim Rothstein has filed for divorce from her husband, Scott, the disbarred Fort Lauderdale attorney who masterminded a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme that collapsed four years ago, her lawyers say.
The news comes in a memorandum to U.S. District Judge Robin Rosenbaum, who is scheduled to sentence Kim Rothstein on Tuesday for conspiracy to commit money laundering.
